Monday – We begin the week with the 1st Sorrowful Mystery, the Agony in the Garden. SLE of the Week is to be “A Person of Faith and Compassion, Grounded in Catholic Teachings.” Please check your DoJo’s... Don’t forget Opportunity tickets and money are due Wednesday; the drawing is Friday. It is Red Ribbon Week!!
Tuesday – Mrs. Ruvalcaba leads the 2nd Sorrowful Mystery, the Scourging at the Pillar. Candles and candy should be in today or tomorrow for pick up.
Wednesday – Mrs. Amori leads the 3rd Sorrowful Mystery, the Crowning with Thorns. Parish staff meeting at 10am in the Hall. Opportunity Drawing tickets due in the office. CCD classes by Zoom this afternoon.
Thursday – Mrs. Long leads Rosary this morning: the 4th Sorrowful Mystery, the Carrying of the Cross. Students wear red for Red Ribbon Week. Teachers have a 2:00pm meeting directly after school. No tutoring available today.
Friday– Student Council hosts Assembly and will draw the winning Opportunity Drawing ticket. Wear costumes! Noon dismissal. Kinder-3rd grade have a Halloween Trick or Treat Walk-Through. Contact your teachers for specifics. Grade 4 has a pumpkin carving contest!!
Saturday – Happy Halloween!! Be safe, Bruins!!
Sunday – Fall Back! It’s Daylight Saving Time! Communion times in the MMC Garden have changed to 4:00,4:30, and 5:00
Monday, November 2nd – All Souls Day. Miss Ramirez leads Rosary with the 5th Sorrowful Mystery, the Crucifixion. SLE of the Week is to be “A Responsible Citizen.”
Upcoming Events: November Masses (due to Daylight Saving Time, all evening Masses are now at 5:00pm) - K-2 Nov. 3 (Kindergartners may dress in their Saints attire); 3-4 Nov. 4; 5-6 Nov. 5; Student Council Nov. 6; 7-8 Nov. 10.
